AI workshop for businesses

Less software begins
with a clear view.

Two half-days to understand your software landscape, find worthwhile improvements and set priorities for your own way of working.

With Markus Kirchmair

A plan you can use.

For management and the people who know the day-to-day work, with IT involved where needed. We examine what helps, what costs time and money, and what should change first.

Half-day 1

Understand the starting point

We examine software, costs and recurring workflows. Where are there duplicate records, manual transfers, searches and delays? What already works well? Which data, specialist systems and requirements must be preserved?

Your result

A shared picture of the landscape and an ordered view of improvement, automation and savings opportunities.

Half-day 2

Set the direction

We compare benefit, effort and dependencies. Keep, simplify, connect, replace or remove? We sketch storage, agents and the management board, consider suitable cloud or local models, and choose a useful first stage.

Your result

A prioritised roadmap with a first implementation scope, responsibilities, checks and a view of subsequent stages.

What you take away

Clarity for the next decision.

A compact report brings together the software and workflows considered, the opportunities identified, priorities and rough effort, prerequisites and dependencies. It separates estimates from established information.

We distinguish reduced payments from freed-up time. The first stage has a goal, test criteria and a clear view of when new costs begin and old costs can end. Later stages and unresolved questions are recorded.

Two half-days combine an overview with selected deeper examination. They do not replace a complete technical or legal audit of every system. Detailed specifications and a production-ready implementation are separate work.

Prepare and continue

Bring the everyday picture.
Leave with a direction.

A list of the relevant software and licence costs, examples of repeated work, difficult handovers and planned purchases is enough to prepare. Please do not send confidential business records through the public inquiry form.

You can continue with a qualified internal team, with me or with other specialists. Where useful, a separately commissioned functional prototype has an indicative cost of €5,000–10,000 net. With the workshop that would be €9,900–14,900 net, plus applicable VAT, before separately scoped implementation. It is an option, not a mandatory package or the price of a complete system.

Useful at every stage

Start gaining time
on the way.

Some improvements happen quickly. Others need deliberate stages. We choose a first result that helps before the whole transformation is complete.

One less awkward detour.

A recurring report is prepared from approved sources. The team checks the exceptions instead of assembling the same figures again.

Time relief starts once the new process works. A licence payment only ends when the relevant contract ends.

Illustrative stages, not a promised schedule or savings calculation. The earlier an economically sound step begins, the earlier its benefit can start.

Your first step

Say yes
to less.

Less unnecessary software. More room for your work. Let’s find the useful first step.
