Transport and logistics

The work happens on the road. Where proof is not captured at the place it arises, it is missing later in billing and in answering questions.

The working day

The terms
come from you.

Freight forwarders, local distribution, courier services, furniture removals, waste collection. Businesses where the work is done on the road and the proof of it is needed later.

Where effort accumulates

A useful start
has a reason.

These situations help you recognise the work. We use your actual processes to find which apply to your business.

01

Proofs of delivery disappear

Signatures go on paper. Days pass before the paper reaches the office, and sometimes it does not arrive.

02

Waiting time is never billed

It happens daily, it is often billable under the contract, and it is almost never recorded.

03

Runs in the head of the planner

The planning is good as long as that person is there. Their knowledge is written down nowhere.

04

Questions cost phone calls

Where no dependably connected consignment status is available, the question goes back to the driver. Location data at the same time needs a clear purpose, bounded access and an employment and data protection review.

A possible overview

Every run is on the road. On one of them the proof is missing.

06 · A run to play through

Which run needs a clear exception now?

On the road, time slots, waiting times and proof all change. NoMoreTools is not there to plan the runs but to prepare the right decision with dependable data.

Choose a starting position

An invented demonstration: the cases, the figures and the results are made up. Tab to the selection, change it with the arrow keys. Whatever you change here stays in this browser view; nothing goes to the server or to analytics, and nothing is stored.

What can wait

Costing and cost review

Did the job actually pay?

Knowledge in the business

What only one person knows, the business does not know.

Include the failure cases

01

Location data is sensitive

Vehicle tracking is technically simple and, in employment and data protection terms, its own ground. What is actually needed is usually less than what is technically possible, and that difference decides the atmosphere inside the business.

02

The proof carries the invoice

A missing proof of delivery can make a claim harder to evidence and to enforce. It should be captured digitally where it arises. The contract and any other evidence still govern.

Your first stage

Start where
the work improves.

For Transport and logistics, we choose a bounded first outcome with your team. Existing specialist systems can stay where they fulfil necessary requirements. We compare time relief, payments that can end and the cost of the new way of working.

The workshop gives you priorities and a roadmap. You can continue internally or with support from Markus Kirchmair. The choice of model and agent follows the task, with data and rules retained outside an individual chat.

Ready for the next change

Keep the work simple.

The first view should show the next relevant decision. Reasoning and sources remain accessible. We leave out unnecessary features and make actual progress visible.

When a rule changes, agents can help investigate the impact, prepare the adjustment and update tests and documentation. A qualified person assesses the result and its adoption.
