For more than twenty years I have earned my living developing digital solutions and helping businesses select, adapt and introduce software. I know the compromises that emerge when the team must bend its work around a product.
AI makes a different direction possible. The system can be built around your requirements, with fewer tools and less manual administration. What matters is how the work is designed: useful routines in the background, well-prepared decisions and visible results that help people move forward.
I want administration and management to feel rewarding again. An understandable recommendation, a resolved exception and one fewer open item are small but real successes. We design for those moments rather than an ever longer wish list.
I guide the analysis, develop the concept with you and stay involved in implementation. You work directly with me. NoMoreTools is my approach within my consulting business, rather than an additional standard software subscription.
