The hours from Friday
Weekly sheets are filled in from memory. The total is usually right, the split across jobs rarely is. That makes every cost review an estimate.
Practice / Your industry
The work happens on site and in the workshop, the admin usually in the office. Gaps open up wherever recording, syncing and responsibility are not cleanly settled.

The working day
Electrical, plumbing and heating, joinery, painting, roofing, metalwork, tiling. Businesses between three and fifty people, where the work happens outside and the admin happens in the evening.

Where effort accumulates
These situations help you recognise the work. We use your actual processes to find which apply to your business.
Weekly sheets are filled in from memory. The total is usually right, the split across jobs rarely is. That makes every cost review an estimate.
It is agreed on site, by phone or with a nod. At the final invoice the evidence is missing, and the argument starts.
Materials go straight to site. If the delivery note stays in the van, the basis for a dependable check is missing when the invoice arrives.
Where each job stands is known by one person. When they are out, on site or ill, the business does not stop. The answers do.

06 · The night before
The picture of the business above does not fall out of the sky. It is the result of two and a half hours in which nobody was there.
None of this had to be started by anyone. And none of it was entered in a way you cannot follow.

07 · A morning to play through
Four typical gaps between the site, the van and the office. Pick one, and NoMoreTools shows what it does, the limit it holds and the result for the business.

The order of work
Business guidance for a first scope, rather than a blanket instruction to rebuild an entire industry.
Who owes you what, and since when.
One sentence instead of eleven reports.
Include the failure cases
Whatever gets asked about a site in three years has to be filed today so that it can be found then. Photos, delivery notes, variations, sign-off, all on the job, not in a folder with a similar name.
Anything that takes longer on site than a paper sheet will not be used. Recording has to work with dirty hands and poor reception, or it was built for nothing.
Time recording quickly becomes a sore point inside a business, and legally it is its own ground. We build it so that it describes the job, not the person, and we settle the frame before building, not after.
Your first stage
For Trades businesses, we choose a bounded first outcome with your team. Existing specialist systems can stay where they fulfil necessary requirements. We compare time relief, payments that can end and the cost of the new way of working.
The workshop gives you priorities and a roadmap. You can continue internally or with support from Markus Kirchmair. The choice of model and agent follows the task, with data and rules retained outside an individual chat.

The first view should show the next relevant decision. Reasoning and sources remain accessible. We leave out unnecessary features and make actual progress visible.
When a rule changes, agents can help investigate the impact, prepare the adjustment and update tests and documentation. A qualified person assesses the result and its adoption.
