Hand over routine work
Agents gather information, organise documents and prepare recurring tasks. Your team can focus on the work that needs people.
Individual AI solutions for businesses
Agents handle routine work and prepare decisions. You keep the overview and gain time for what matters.

What your business gains
More time for customers, leadership, quality and development. Work is prepared, relevant decisions reach you and progress stays visible across teams.
Agents gather information, organise documents and prepare recurring tasks. Your team can focus on the work that needs people.
Options, sources and open questions are brought together in the board. You review, adjust or approve the next step.
Tasks, responsibilities and progress stay connected across departments. You can see where work is moving and where your input is needed.
Choose models and infrastructure around your work. Shared data and documented connections help you prepare a later switch.
The interface follows your workflows. The next useful action is clear, while details remain available when needed.
Review unnecessary subscriptions, duplicate records and manual transfers. Compare freed-up time, payments that actually end and new costs separately.
Why I founded NoMoreTools
Every day brings new AI tools. Yet another subscription, another interface and another place to enter the same information can add work instead of removing it.
AI is making it easier to build software around a particular need and let agents work directly towards an outcome. More tools are being created, while many of their functions can be brought together in one way of working.
That is why I founded NoMoreTools. I work with management and teams from analysis and design through to implementation: shared data, agents of your choice and a board that keeps you in control. We build around your business and preserve what already works well.
Try a different working day
Move a card, inspect its sources and approve a prepared result. The demonstration uses fictional data.
Choose a day. This changes the example plan and records the decision, without promising a date to a customer.
Fictional data. This demo changes only this page. No real AI execution and no messages are sent.
Useful at every stage
Some improvements happen quickly. Others need deliberate stages. We choose a first result that helps before the whole transformation is complete.
A recurring report is prepared from approved sources. The team checks the exceptions instead of assembling the same figures again.
Time relief starts once the new process works. A licence payment only ends when the relevant contract ends.
Tasks, documents and decisions come together. Replaceable tools can end while a necessary specialist core keeps working.
For each stage, compare the payments that actually end with new operating costs and the one-off work.
Change rules, improve decisions and prepare a model switch. Useful functions grow with your work instead of with a vendor’s product catalogue.
The next stage earns its place through its additional benefit. More automation is useful when the whole workflow improves.
Illustrative stages, not a promised schedule or savings calculation. The earlier an economically sound step begins, the earlier its benefit can start.
Your useful first step
In two half-days, we examine your software and workflows together. You leave with a clear view of improvement, automation and savings opportunities, and priorities for implementation.

The concept
Your board brings tasks, daily planning and decisions together. Agents gather information, prepare options and do the work their permissions allow. Shared storage keeps everyone working from the same information.
Documents, data, terminology and rules belong to your business. A task has a current, valid state that people and agents can access.
You choose
You decide which models and agents to use, where they run, and who can access which data. We help you choose and set up a combination that fits your business.
Agents and platforms such as Claude Cowork, ChatGPT Work, Codex or Microsoft Copilot can be part of your solution. We plan the integration around their supported interfaces and your requirements.
Suitable models can run on your own computers or servers, for example with LM Studio Bionic or Unsloth. We assess model quality, hardware and the functions your tasks need.
You decide which work stays local and which data a cloud model may process. Different teams and tasks can use different agents and models within the same working system.
Plan the day, set priorities, track progress and make decisions. Your agents gather information, prepare options and carry out tasks within the permissions you set. You also choose hosting, server infrastructure and access rights. The platforms differ in their functions and integrations. We test the chosen setup against your tasks.

nomoretools is Markus Kirchmair’s approach to individual AI solutions for businesses. Shared storage, AI agents and a management board connect information, work and decisions. Models, existing systems and infrastructure are selected around the needs of your business.
No. A proven specialist core can stay, especially in production or regulated processes. We assess individual functions and dependencies.
The necessary technical and business skills must be available, internally or through support. AI expands what experienced people can coordinate. Responsibility and operation remain planned.
Yes, when a useful stage is put into operation. We separate early time relief from payments that only end at contract expiry.

The book behind the idea
Why adapt your business to software when the necessary functions can increasingly be built around your business? The book explains the economic shift and a practical first path.
